🏊 Monthly group swim, ride, or run session: Train alongside people who’ll encourage you (and wait for you at the top of the hill). Season determines the type of event each month.

The details:
Annual membership is $50 per individual and covers all of 2027.

Club vs. Coaching: What’s the difference?

Team Tri ICT is your community. It’s where you’ll find teammates, monthly group sessions, social events, and member perks.

Tri ICT Coaching is your plan. It’s our paid program with a structured training plan and in-person group coaching to help you reach your race goals.

Here’s our favorite part: You can do the Club or Coaching or BOTH. They work best together! Coaching gives you the structure to get stronger, and the club gives you the team to share the journey with. If you’re already coached by Tri ICT, join the club. If you like the idea of being a club member but want more, coaching is the next step.
